Elea Nick was born into a musical family. In 2007, she took part in a Masterclass given by Prof. Jürg Hofmann in Freiburg. From 2012 to 2015 she studied at the Musikhochschule der Künste in Zürich in the class of Professor Zakhar Bron with whom she continues her lessons at present time. In 2015, she was also studying at the Mozarteum in Salzburg with Professor Pierre Amoyal.

Elea Nick has performed as a soloist with renowned orchestras, such as Bavarian Rundfunkorchester in Munich, Camerata Zürich, Franz Schmidt Kammerorchester Vienna, Zagreber Kammerorchester (at the Next Generation Festival), Bron Chamber Orchestra (at both Interlaken Classics Festival and Tonhalle Zürich), Sinfonieorchester Meilen, Stadtorchester Solothurn and Chamber Orchestra in Malaga.

She won the Swiss Youth Music Competition in both solo and chamber music categories in 2010, 2012 and 2014. Elea Nick celebrated her greatest international successes when she was awarded First Prize at the International Violin Competition in Novosibirsk (Russia, 2013) and won the International Violin Competition Lipinski‐Wieniawski in Lublin (Poland, 2015). In 2015, she also won the Studienpreis from Migros Kulturprozent and received a special prize as a young soloist at the Festival Groba in Pontreareas (Spain).
