Participants of the Musical Olympus festival – violinist Alexey Semenenko, pianist Ilya Maximov and percussionist Simone Rubino – visited three secondary schools in Berlin on March 1 upon invitation from the Rhapsody-in-School Program.

Rhapsody-in-School is an educational project initiated by renowned soloists to present classical music to schoolchildren & teenagers. The unique feature being the musicians visiting kids in their classroom. The meetings at schools held by the young soloists of the Musical Olympus aroused vivid interest among the kids and a long line of scholars wishing to get an autograph of Alexey Semenenko could be seen in one of the schools.

The 5th Musical Olympus Gala Concert under the Patronage of the World Public Forum Dialogue of Civilizations takes place in the Chamber Hall of the Berlin Philharmonics on March 2nd at 8pm with the 'Parade of Winners':
Simone Rubino (Percussion), Vasilisa Berzhanskaja (Soprano), Ilya Maksimov (Russia), Alexey Semenenko (Ukraine) and Seyoung Park (South-Korea).
The concert program features works of Tchaikovsky, Mozart, Verdi, Xenakis, and Rachmaninov.

On 4 February 2015 the concert hall of the Hotel Laudinella in St. Moritz (Switzerland) hosted the concert of Daniil Kharitonov participant of thXVII International Musical Olympus Festival. The concert programme featured works by J.S.Bach, F.Liszt, L.v. Beethoven and S.Rachmaninoff.

Solenne Païdassi (violin, France)received the Audience Award and an exquisite prize – golden Easter egg handcrafted by the famous Russian jeweler Vladimir Mikhailov – at the gala night of the Musical Olympus Foundation in Berlin. She stepped in at the last moment to substitute for Marc Bouchkov who had fallen ill.

On November, 14 the concert and presentation of the Musical Olympus Festival was a great success at the Chamber Music Hall of the Berliner Philharmoniker. That night the following festival participants performed on one of the best concert stages in Germany: Igor Yeliseev (double bass, Russia), Rémi Geniet, (piano, France), tenor Mario Chang (Guatemala), as well as Solenne Païdassi (violin, France). The latter stepped in at the last moment to substitute for Marc Bouchkov who had fallen ill.
